At most parties, Go-Go tries to give each child at the party a different balloon. 
The the birthday child gets to pick from all the balloons twisted.  Then, most times they get a special second balloon.

Go-Go does not twist swords
(Go-Go's Mommy says swords are for fighting and fighting isn't nice.)  
And there is a three day waiting period for guns.  <smile>
